We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician ("RBT")/Behavior Aide near Vestavia Hills, AL for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in students' lives!
Job Details:

• Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
• Hours: 35-37.5 hours/week
• Caseload:
  • Support in a self-contained classroom (no 1:1 assignments).
  • Students with intellectual disabilities, moderate behaviors, and dysregulation.
  • May involve toileting for younger students.
• Important: RBT certification will be inactive in this role due to the lack of an on-site BCBA.

Qualifications:

• Prior ABA experience required.
• Must have CPI Certification or equivalent training.
• Lapsed RBT cert or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for students to improve behavior and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on effective intervention strategies.
• Assist in managing aggressive and dysregulated behaviors with professionalism.

Pay Range:
$22-$30 per hour based on experience and skill level.
