Position Overview:

As a Dyslexia Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing specialized instruction to students with dyslexia. Your expertise will empower students to develop strong reading and literacy skills, ensuring they reach their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dyslexia assessments to identify students' specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized dyslexia intervention plans.
• Provide targeted instruction in phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, and reading comprehension.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Certification: Must hold a valid Dyslexia Teacher certification or endorsement.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working as a Dyslexia Teacher or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of dyslexia and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Passion: Genuine passion for helping students with dyslexia overcome reading challenges and succeed academically.
