A school near Oakland, CA is on the lookout for a friendly and passionate School Psychologist to join our awesome team. If you're all about helping students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically, we want to hear from you! You'll work with teachers, parents, and other staff to make our school a great place for everyone. This role will be full time for the 24/25 school year and for students from elementary- high school.
What You’ll Do
Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct psychological assessments for our students.
IEPs: Develop and implement individualized education plans.
Counseling: Offer counseling and intervention services to students.
Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and staff to create supportive learning environments.
Crisis Management: Help out with crisis intervention when needed.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate and confidential student records.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
CA State certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse school community.
