Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
- Schedule: Full-Time, School Hours (Monday–Friday)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Caseload: Working with students with autism and behavioral challenges; details provided during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Collect and record data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with autism or behavioral needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- RBT certification is a plus but not required
