About the Position:

• School Year: 2025-2026
• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Caseload: 8-12 students, AM & PM sessions
• Hourly Pay: $35 - $45, based on experience
• Location: Onsite in schools near Aurora, CO

About the Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized learning plans for early childhood students.
• Document student progress and communicate updates to families.
• Use data-driven strategies to modify and enhance educational plans.
• Maintain an organized, developmentally appropriate classroom environment.

About You:

• Must hold a Colorado Early Childhood Educator License or Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement (EDE).
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education strongly preferred.
• Energetic and committed to fostering young learners’ growth.
