Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in implementing educational programs and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students, reinforcing learning concepts.

  • Support classroom management and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Paraprofessional License or Teaching Assistant Certification.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding of diverse learning needs.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools and software.
