Now interviewing for an LPN to place at our school for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. Please see details below:
Details:
- Start/End: ASAP - 6/18/2025
- Hours: 40 Hours A week
- Caseload/Details: 1:1 with a 4th grade student. Student is ambulatory with no behavioral issues, child has a sweet disposition. Student will need diapering, trach care, trach suctioning, g tube care, and transportation assistance. LPN can meet at the school to take bus to students home and LPN will meet with the home health nurse for the student.
- With transport, daily schedule should equal out to about an 8 hour day.
Requirements
- Valid LPN License for WA
- Must have trach and g tube experience
