Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based role in Hollis, NH. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support students in achieving their educational goals through specialized therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet each student's specific needs.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of disabilities, ensuring their active participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapy goals into the students' daily routines.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and assessments.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing professional input on student goals and therapy strategies.
• Offer training and resources to staff and parents to support the continuation of therapy practices outside of sessions.

Qualifications:

• Must meet all local and state licensure and certification requirements for Occupational Therapy in New Hampshire.
• Experience working with special education students and their families is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in a school environment.
