Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a role with school districts in Williams Bay, WI. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students in their educational journey. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated, reliable, and meet all state and local qualifications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of at least 48 college credit hours or an Associate's degree, or successful completion of a state-approved Paraprofessional assessment
• Ability to pass a background check as required by the state of Wisconsin
• Experience working with children in a school or related environment is preferred
• Understanding of educational practices and willingness to assist in instructional activities

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting in the delivery of lessons
• Help manage student behavior and ensure a positive learning environment
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts
• Support students with special needs as required by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with classroom organization, preparing materials, and maintaining records
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as recess or lunch
