Description:
Join our team as a Paraprofessional in Ridgecrest, CA, where we have multiple full-time positions available. We are looking for individuals to support both 1:1 and general education classrooms, with opportunities in mild to moderate and moderate to severe caseloads. If you have experience working in school settings, your skills and knowledge will be a valuable asset to our students and teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with varying needs.
• Assist teachers in the delivery of classroom instruction and management.
• Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to ensure the success of all students.
• Adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with students of all needs and abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
