Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to students
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support the overall well-being of students

Requirements:

• RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or related developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
