Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and interventions following the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Offer one-on-one support and conduct small group sessions with students.
  • Accurately collect and maintain data on student progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and other school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere for students.

Requirements:

  • Active RBT license in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
  • Previous experience working with students, especially in an educational setting, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to students with special needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
