Position Overview:

• Location: Charleston, SC (Onsite)
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Caseload: Specific details provided in the interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support in both general and special education classrooms
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning and behavioral strategies
• Assist teachers in preparing and modifying educational materials and lesson plans
• Support students with behavioral, emotional, and academic needs
• Ensure a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Paraprofessional certification (Preferred)
• Prior experience in classroom support or working with children
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
