Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Modify curriculum and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
• Provide direct instruction and support in academic, social, and behavioral areas.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona Special Education Certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card, as required by the Arizona Department of Education.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
