Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations.
• Provide direct instruction and interventions for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to promote student growth.
• Collect data and document student progress to inform instruction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Arkansas teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• Completion of fingerprint and background checks in compliance with Arkansas state regulations.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
