Position: Full-Time Paraprofessional
Location: Worcester, MA
Start Date: ASAP – Until End of School Year (EOSY)
Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are partnering with a district in Worcester, MA, to find experienced Paraprofessionals who are passionate about supporting students in the classroom. This full-time role involves providing assistance in inclusion and resource classrooms for K-5 students. You will help with instruction, personal care, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Multiple Openings Available!

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of college credit (48 hours) or a Paraprofessional License
• Paraprofessional Certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Hourly Pay:

$20 - $30+/hour, based on experience
