We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This full-time position involves working with a K-12 caseload, providing essential psychological services to students, families, and staff to promote academic and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' learning and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop effective support strategies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active School Psychologist license in Alabama.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
