We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This position involves working with a K-12 caseload to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and support services for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies for student success.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students in need of special education services.
- Offer crisis intervention and support, as well as professional development for school staff.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Arkansas.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
