We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This position involves working with a K-12 caseload to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and support services for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students with a variety of academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies for student success.
• Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students in need of special education services.
• Offer crisis intervention and support, as well as professional development for school staff.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records for compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychological testing, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
