Job Details:

• Full Time | Monday-Friday
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 23, 2025
• Hourly Rate: $50-$55+ an hour
• Caseload:
• Diagnosis: Beals Syndrome (Congenital Contractural Arachnodactyly) – a genetic disorder affecting connective tissues.
• ADL Support: Fully dependent; requires total assistance for all activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Mobility: Two-person lift for all transfers.
• Bladder/Bowel: Incontinent; requires diaper changes.
• Feeding: Enteral feeding via G-tube daily (pump-administered); no oral intake (food play only).

  Required or Non-negotiables:
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (BSN).
• Valid First Aid, CPR Certification.
• Valid Registered Nurse License
