Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) – Anoka, MN

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time position within school districts in the Anoka, MN area. We are seeking passionate professionals dedicated to helping students achieve their fullest potential in both academic and social environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' participation in educational activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to modify learning environments and provide appropriate accommodations.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and families on therapeutic techniques and assistive devices.
• Assist in promoting student independence and success in both academic and life skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ability to meet all local and state requirements, including passing a background check and obtaining required clearances.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience is preferred but not required.
