School Occupational Therapist W2 Contract

Location: Bremerton, WA

Discipline: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Dates: ASAP – June 20, 2025

Hours: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day

Caseload/Details:

• Itinerant position, district-wide (mixed caseload).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' motor skills and their impact on the educational process.
• Provide consultative services to parents, school staff, and healthcare agencies.
• Experience in pediatrics, particularly with autism, neuromuscular disorders, and fine motor disabilities, is preferred.

Special Requirements:

• Current Washington State Occupational Therapy (OT) license required.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address identified needs.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in various school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy (OT) license.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hourly Pay Range (W2 Contract, Bremerton, WA):

The hourly pay range for a W2 contract School Occupational Therapist in Bremerton, WA,-  $60-$70 per hour
