Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Occupational Therapists for full-time positions within school districts located in the Medford, OR area. We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet all local and state requirements to join our team and provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs.


  • Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
  • Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention practices for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.


  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities related to activities of daily living.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students goals and objectives related to fine motor skills, sensory integration, visual motor skills, and self-care tasks.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings to improve functional independence and participation in school activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students needs within the classroom and school environment.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop goals and objectives for students with occupational therapy needs.
  • Provide training and support to educators and parents on strategies to promote student success and carry over therapy goals into the classroom and home settings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress notes, and intervention plans.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of occupational therapy through ongoing professional development opportunities.
