Job Title: Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated OT to join our team, providing essential services to enhance the lives of students. Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement occupational therapy interventions to address students' developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
Provide direct services to students, both individually and in group settings.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
Integrate assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance students' participation in school activities.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on strategies to support students' sensory and motor needs.
Stay current with best practices and research in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students and team members.
Dedication to ongoing professional development.
