Occupational Therapist Needed in Plainfield, IL for the 23/24 School Year!

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Occupational Therapist to join our team in Plainfield, IL. As a vital member of our educational community, you will work with students to enhance their motor skills, sensory processing, and overall independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges, and track progress over time.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students' physical and emotional development.
• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
