State Requirements & Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure: Active Texas Occupational Therapy License.
- Certification: NBCOT Certification required.
- Additional Requirements: Must pass Texas background checks and fingerprinting.
- Experience: School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations to assess fine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the IEP team.
- Provide direct therapy services and strategies to support student success in school.
- Educate and support teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students' skill development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
