We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated school team. In this role, you will work closely with students who have a wide range of developmental and physical challenges, helping them improve the skills necessary for academic success and daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating students’ needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy services that address motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping students achieve greater independence and participate more fully in their school environment.
As an OT, you will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure that each student’s needs are met. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs). Your expertise will help ensure that students receive the right support to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license and have experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. A strong understanding of developmental and physical disabilities, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is crucial. You should be flexible, patient, and passionate about empowering students to overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
In return, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and retirement plans, along with competitive hourly pay as a W2 employee. This is a full-time, on-site position following regular school hours, offering you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students on a daily basis.
If you’re a motivated and compassionate OT looking to work in a collaborative and supportive school environment, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
