Blazer Jobs is hiring a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services in San Jose, CA schools. Join our team and help students achieve success in their daily school activities.
Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.

Provide direct therapy services to students with special needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ educational goals.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
-
Valid California OT License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
-
Minimum one year of experience in a school setting.
-
NBCOT Certification preferred.
