Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Opportunity

Blazer Jobs is partnering with local schools to enhance students' educational experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Columbus, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities impacting academic performance.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote independence in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress toward goals.
• Recommend classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Georgia state license in Occupational Therapy.
• At least one year of experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of sensory integration and fine motor development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
