Occupational Therapist (OT) Job

Blazer Jobs collaborates with schools in the Augusta area to deliver vital special education support services. Our mission is to enhance students' functional abilities and academic performance through tailored occupational therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' functional performance.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support student development.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• At least one year of experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy.
• Strong assessment and intervention planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
