Occupational Therapist (OT) Job

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Stonecrest, Georgia. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students develop the skills necessary for independent and successful participation in daily activities within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
• Provide therapy to help students develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into the classroom setting.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate school staff and families on how to accommodate and support students' needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license issued by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a pediatric or school setting.
