Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' abilities and challenges related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to enhance students' functional performance in the school environment.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student participation and achievement.
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families on strategies to support students' occupational performance.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a pediatric or school setting.
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
