Occupational Therapist (OT)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for helping students succeed.
