Blazerworks is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist for the Extended School Year program in partnership with a school district in Olympia, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work with students during the summer months, with the possibility of renewal for the upcoming school year. Blazerworks provides competitive compensation for this role ranging from $35-$40 an hour.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for students during the Extended School Year program.
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and assessment.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to support student success.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in Washington State.
- Prior teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with diverse student populations.
- Familiarity with extended school year programs and knowledge of best practices for summer instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
