Orientation & Mobility Specialist (OMS) – Wesley Chapel, FL

Candidate must have a degree in Orientation & Mobility and be certified by ACVREP. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be considered.

Job Duties:

• Assess students with visual impairments to determine mobility needs.
• Develop individualized mobility training programs.
• Teach safe navigation techniques in various school environments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Orientation & Mobility
• ACVREP certification
• Florida state certification (if required)
• Experience working with visually impaired students preferred
