On-site Special Education Teacher
Blazer Jobs is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to join schools in St. Albans, NY. These full-time roles involve delivering individualized support and instruction to students across multiple grade levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
- Provide differentiated instruction to foster academic and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Active New York Special Education certification specific to the grade level.
- Experience teaching in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
