On-site Special Education Teacher

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time, on-site position in Laveen, AZ. This role involves working closely with students, families, and staff to deliver individualized educational support and ensure compliance with educational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents and other staff members.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Actively participate in a collaborative team environment, including attending meetings and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona SPED teaching certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with IEP development and implementation is preferred.
