Job Title: Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Type: Contract

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team onsite in Maryland. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic educational setting, providing essential speech and language services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in the state of Maryland.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
