Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a compassionate and dedicated School Registered Nurse (RN) for a K-12 caseload in Phoenix, AZ. In this full-time, onsite role, you will be responsible for delivering healthcare services, promoting student wellness, and responding to health emergencies within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments (vision, hearing, etc.).
• Create and implement health care plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Administer medications and track student health data.
• Maintain accurate health records, ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.
• Educate students and staff on health, hygiene, and safety topics.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.
• Participate in school safety and emergency preparedness planning.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Knowledge of Arizona health regulations for schools.
