We are partnering with a school in the Anderson, Indiana area to find an onsite School Psychologist (PSYCH) for the full 2024-2025 school year. We are seeking a compassionate applicant who meets the requirements listed below.

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in our educational team by assessing student needs, providing psychological services, and implementing strategies to enhance the learning environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to promote psychological health that supports educational and personal achievement.

Requirements:

  • Must have an active School Psychology Indiana License
  • Must have Master s Degree or Doctoral Level Degree in School Psychology
  • Must be licensed through the Indiana Board

Position Details:

  • 07/29/2024 - 06/02/2025
  • Full-time / 35 hours a week
  • Caseload: K - 5th grade, onsite, 2 school sites
  • Duties include:
    • Evaluating eligibility for SPED services
    • Intervention planned development and consultations
    • Collaborate with school personnel
  • $40 - $60 per hour, depending on previous experience

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to address the psychological and educational needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive and effective learning environments.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and services.
