Opportunity Available for Experienced SLP in K-12 School District

Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner school district in Belfair, Washington. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing exceptional support and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Washington.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).
• At least one year of school-based or pediatric experience.
• Knowledge of Washington state education regulations is a plus.
