Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Dunwoody, GA. If you are a compassionate and dedicated professional, we would love for you to help make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments and evaluations to determine students' mobility and physical needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans to enhance students' physical functioning in school activities.
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to monitor student progress and ensure proper accommodations.
• Provide direct therapy and training to students, including exercises, movement techniques, and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Georgia Physical Therapy license.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with students, parents, and school staff.
• Ability to design individualized therapy plans for students based on their specific needs.
