Opportunity: School-based Occupational Therapist (OT)

At Blazer Jobs, we collaborate with schools to provide students with the specialized support they need to succeed. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote functional independence.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families on strategies to support students' occupational performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and students' progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Georgia state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least one year of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of sensory integration, assistive technology, and adaptive equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
