Opportunity: School-based Physical Therapist (PT)

Blazer Jobs partners with schools to ensure students receive the physical support they need to access their education fully. We are currently looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' gross motor skills and mobility needs.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to enhance students' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to support students' physical development.
• Provide training to school staff on safe handling and mobility techniques.
• Document students' progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of one year of experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy.
• Understanding of developmental milestones and pediatric orthopedic conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
