Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist with Blazer Jobs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the occupational therapy needs of students within the school district. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' fine and gross motor skills to determine the need for occupational therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address sensory processing, motor coordination, and self-help skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional goals.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Massachusetts state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong understanding of educational laws and regulations related to student services.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
