Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students, addressing learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support students’ social-emotional well-being
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance classroom environments and student learning outcomes
- Participate in intervention planning and crisis response to ensure a safe and supportive learning atmosphere
Requirements:
- Education & Certification: Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology, with active FL licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Experience: Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills, with a student-centered approach
