Job Description:
Support students in Dover by:

• Assisting teachers in creating and implementing lesson plans tailored to student needs.
• Providing academic and social support to students individually or in groups.
• Helping monitor classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supervising students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods.
• Supporting teachers in maintaining accurate student records.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a state-approved assessment demonstrating your ability to assist with reading, writing, and mathematics.
