Paraeducator - Full-Time - Pleasant Grove, MO

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the Pleasant Hill School District, is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paraeducator to join our team for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers and students in the classroom setting.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students' academic and social growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other team members.
• Passion for supporting the educational development of students.
