Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic tasks and support their learning needs
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students in and outside the classroom
• Implement behavioral management strategies and support social-emotional development
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure student success
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and respectful classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with students and helping them succeed
