Hours: 32 hours/week
Pay Rate: $26+/hour
Setting: In-person, Elementary School

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Paraprofessional to support elementary students with high needs behavioral challenges in Naperville, just 25 minutes from Aurora. If you're patient, proactive, and passionate about helping young learners thrive, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to elementary students with behavioral needs

• Assist teachers with implementing behavior intervention strategies

• Foster a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment

• Collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Paraprofessional License

• Experience working with elementary students and/or high needs behaviors

• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
