Job Description:
Support success in Columbus by:

• Providing one-on-one or group interventions to improve academic and behavioral outcomes.
• Assisting teachers with lesson plans, classroom organization, and assessments.
• Supervising students during transitions, lunch, and recess to ensure safety.
• Encouraging positive social interactions and self-confidence among students.
• Supporting the development of life skills and independence in students.

Position Requirements:

• Completion of a background check and fingerprinting (as required by the district).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass a state-approved assessment demonstrating your ability to assist with reading, writing, and mathematics.
